Topic: Live on stage: Bluethner Model One and Electric MKII

Hi There,

Here are these two live performances with Pianoteq 9 running on Ipad via Zoom UAC-232 Interface. Seperate tracks were recorded from a digital mixer and processed/edited.

Nothing pianistically spectacular is happening in the piano part in "I Try", just basic ballad comping since I was simultanously busy with organ and background singing. I love playing the Bluethner on stage and not so few persons keep stating that the piano sounds wonderful.

In "Come Together" there ist mostly comping on a modified "MKII Spark" Preset and some soloing from 2:38.

I do like the Fender Rhodes Sounds in PT9 but when played on a PA-system they still sound a bit brittle to me and lack punch even after heavy EQing/Tweaking.

Hope you enjoy!

Cheers

Hi TJ76,

Nice to hear something different from the music usually here in forum.  I like the sound in solo from MK ll Spark ( you could take solo two times - it makes it even more interesting to listen and you wait for the solo ! ).  I told this to a friend in a heavy band and then he always took solo two times and we were are always waiting for it
Thanks KJ76 for sharing

Best wishes,

Stig

Nice performance, TJ76... It's really nice to hear this new genre compared to the standards heard in the forum group.
