Topic: A drummer has way more mics than you, though you can have his too!

If the sounds from a hundred mics can somehow appeal to your sensibilities, an enterprising drummer just may have you covered.  (Although, he might had not needed to beat you over the head with a 2" by 4".)  He through the company MeldaProduction —which he heads— offers a current sale on MMicSim.

MMicSim simulates some over a hundred microphone models including: many from AKG, Beyerdynamic, DPA, Earthworks, ElectroVoice, Neumann, RCA, Rode, sE, Telefunken, Etc.

Man, as a drummer myself likely I just can't beat it at simply $22 (US), though pianists a lot of times tend to think differently or disagree...

Some of you guys seem to have been asking for more mics and waiting a long time probably for something like this offer from MeldaProduction just to come along!

Just take a good long look now at what MeldaProduction is offering to people like you, who use PIANOTEQ!

Re: A drummer has way more mics than you, though you can have his too!

Just as a PIANOTEQ end user, you've only two (2) days left if you still want to take advantage of any sale offer of the one hundred or more modeled microphones, entirely different from what's long been a staple inside PIANOTEQ itself.  Though many you may like to use a select number of them (76% off a regular price) on custom presets and such specifically that are modeled (VST) instruments even of other software.

Although the current sale price on MMicSim from MeldaProduction does seem a bit higher than what it'd been earlier (when previously I posted about the modeled mics) it is currently $23 (US).  That's because of the rate exchange increase!

Have perhaps to hold other bodies accountable, those chiefly responsible for this current rate...

You though have maybe thought how unimportant to you is this offer at only this one thread, amounting to nothing more than a mere risk, a gamble, or just it's been underrated...

Man just to think others had to go to school er attend a college where they were taught art appreciation, seriously.

Hmm do you find it makes a big difference? I get it for drums, where any pickup distortion is noticable (it's all transients), but for piano, idk; hence why I haven't tried yet

Re: A drummer has way more mics than you, though you can have his too!

Interesting, except that almost none of my favorite microphones for piano are on the list: AKG C214, CAD m179, Superlux S502, MBHO MBNM 440, Audio Design CM3...
