Topic: Fox Music Stash

Hi! Here are some music I made lately which features Pianoteq. If I use a different VST, I'll let you know in the description. Thanks for hearing my music!

I'm especially happy about the fifth video.

Hello again secretfirefox,
I had to listen to the song twice. And after dreaming the first two minutes I woke up when you played in a lower key. I really liked that part from about 2:00 to about 3:50. In my opinion, the best section.

As I probably have said before, your nice music broadens the range of different types of music with Pianoteq in this forum.
Thank you for sharing.

Best wishes,

Stig

Thank you for your reply!

I really intended to share the playlist here, which has five videos so far. So, I am going to do that now. Cheers!

Re: Fox Music Stash

Here is something else I have done. Of course I don't expect you to listen to the full thing, but it is at least a testament of how stable Ptq is on a long live setting.

Pieces are from anime, games, classical, jazz and my own improvisations.

Re: Fox Music Stash

I love the haunting intro in Quietness, so beautiful and atmospheric, every note hangs in the space between. Not sure if that is a custom preset or standard one either way you used so well.

Thanks! I think I used a custom preset with some EQ. Always happy to hear other people's impression of my music.

This piece, "Quietness," is beautiful.
You really did a great job. It feels like a ballad because of the variety of sections it's divided into.
I really enjoyed it; you did a great job!
I'll listen to the others more calmly later.

It puts a smile on my face to hear you liked something I played. It makes me want to fire up my piano now and play something else you might enjoy.

Thanks, and I hope you enjoy listening to the remaining pieces.

Hey! The image (and piece are) is a reference to a piece from a game called Nier Automata. It takes place during a boss fight, the one in the picture. It's a game with a lot of intense themes, so it is understandable you find it a bit creepy even! I'll leave a link here to the best rendition of that piece by Kyle Landry.

And yes, I played for a few hours on stream, took a few breaks, chatted a bit. Arms almost fell off but I wanted to go for as long as I could.

Automata - A Beautiful Song (Opera Boss Theme)

Bravo secretfirefox!   I was thinking of Chopin revolutionary etude or similar. Very beautiful, very well played. I really enjoyed listening to this. In fact in my opinion fantastic playing.  The best I have listened to in a long time.

Best wishes,

Stig

Love this "Automata - A Beautiful Song" all around, it's great - music and video.

It's for me the best arrangement ever of this piece.

This is the latest I have in terms of piano. It is a much shorter stream than before.

Re: Fox Music Stash

https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2644210741 -- Here is another with more playing, a longer one this time.

I stream relatively regularly at twitch.tv/secretfirefox
