Topic: New Bach video Bach Invention 6 in E Major BWV 777 Pianoteq

Dear Friends,

In Bach Invention n 6 Spitta points to the prominence of double counterpoint and characterizes it as being "full of roguish fun". Similarly, Landowska calls it "jocose and spirited". Schroder terms this piece a "highly imaginative little scherzo" the opening measures of which "remind one of two dancing partners coming together, after which both change their respective positions and move apart once again".
Enjoy your listening & Greetings from Italy

Hello carmelo,

Beautiful! This piece is really peaceful because of your tempo, not too fast (as many play it)
I like your touch on piano, it looks like you have much control.

Because you always have a good tempo, control, not too fast, your playing can serve as a “model performance” to young players who have started on the same path as you. I really hope they find you on Youtube.

Thank you carmelo.

I hope you upload a new invention soon,

Stig

Hello Carmelo,
Another very beautiful recording of the Invention. Your delicate touch is very appealing.

Thank you so much Stig for your comment and your support !!!
I'm really happy you liked my video, I try to do always my best with Bach... I mainly play for myself; I never thought these little videos would be useful to any students or young players...
But if anyone finds them useful, I'd be really really happy and proud of my small work.
