Topic: Program change question

Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to map more than the 128 programme changes that I currently have associated with the MIDI map.
I tried to see if there was some sort of bank change as is normally used, but I couldn't find anything... perhaps I overlooked it...

I understand that this is of marginal importance to most users, but for those like me who take PT on stage in various situations and in different genres, not having to remember to load the appropriate MIDI map every time would be a great help.

There are already so many things to remember in every show, and if Modartt could take this into consideration for future updates, it would be greatly appreciated.

What about if you use different channels , mapping the first range of available CC's to channel 1 then using the insert + key add a second range of CC's transmitted via channel 2  etc… ?

Hello Pianistically, Of course, thank you, that could be a solution...
Unfortunately, in the setup I have created, all the MIDI channels are currently occupied, and reorganising all the devices would be a long and tedious task... A more “standard” implementation would be preferable. Perhaps modarrt will give it some thought and maybe include it in a future release... We'll see...
