Topic: Keep losing my favourites (now again after upgrading v 8 to 9) EDIT

I checked the forum but didn't find anything usable for me...

On my Windows PC, after upgrading from v8 to 9, and also previously when an update came, I keep losing my favourites.
They disappear, I need to look for them again etc.

Is there a separate tutorial how to handle the favourites, especially when you use different platforms?

I am not that good with the folder handling in the ipad, I may have dropped my favourites in the wrong (sub?-) folder. Can this be an issue?

Version 9 is not on iPad yet?? Do you mean they dissapeared from the version 8 app when upgrading license?

You're right, sorry for the confusion.  I edited my post now. 
It happens on all my platforms (Windows and Ipad), when upgrading the Win version, and when updating the ipad 8.x.x versions.

Ok, cool. Just so you know, it probably wont happen for the iPad at all this time since pianoteq 9 is a seperate app on iOS.
