Topic: Pianoteq + iPad + focusrite - one switch ON OFF

I play on pianoteq 8 with an iPad air connected with a usb-c hub to power supply, a Roland keyboard, a triple pedal and a focusrite interface. Everything works perfectly and perfectly silently, it is a perfect combinaison for me.
Several times inadvertently I interrupted the whole hub alimentation and connection before stopping the app on the iPad, it always reconnected immediatly without any problem, but my question is if anyone knows if there is any risk to the hardware (iPad or focusrite) to practice like this. I only use the iPad for pianoteq and it would be interesting for me to let pianoteq permanently open on the iPad. And only turn the main power on or off. Is it dangerous ?
Thank you for your advice

Re: Pianoteq + iPad + focusrite - one switch ON OFF

Hello
Sorry I can’t answer your question but I have a question for you.
I am trying to use Pianoteq with an iPad Pro and an interface Focusrite Scarlett. I connect bot with usb c and connect a Kawai MP 7 to the interface via MIDI out 5 pins to XLR 3 pins entrance in the interface. I can see the light in the Focusrite that shows there is input when touching the keyboard but doesn’t sound. If I touch the o iPad screen there is sound. Should I configure something in the iPad?

Thank you

Dont think turning on and off the power supply for the audio interface will damage anything even if its connected to something.
