Topic: Modartt website - exceedingly slow

I live in Singapore.  Modartt.com has been exceedingly slow for quite a number of days since I noticed the Pianoteq 8.4.3 update and wanted to download it.  Everything on the website is just SLOW to load/download. For the update download, it would take a few minutes to download even 1 MB, and then it would come to a standstill.

Are other users experiencing similar slowness?  Does anyone know what is going on?  Is Modartt's cloud service provider suffering a major infrastructure outage?

I just tried it from here in Japan, and it was fine. I didn't notice any speed difficulties. I downloaded version 8.43 as well. Thanks for the heads up!

We have received reports from some users experiencing slowdowns on our website.

However, this issue is not affecting all users, and the majority are not encountering any difficulties.

Based on our assessment, this appears to be a temporary issue and is not related to the server itself. We are closely monitoring the situation and hope that the inconvenience will be resolved shortly.

EDIT: It appears that the issue originated from an Internet Service Provider. There's no more problem.
