Topic: J.S.Bach Fughetta E minor BWV 900 year 1725/1726 (Harpsichord)

Fugetta Bach BWV 900  F. F. Blanchet Harpsichord 415

Behind the music:

We don’t know why Bach wrote this one, (And the Prelude, which I can’t play as it should be played). Might be just for fun or for class, education, exercise, instruction, lecture, practice, teaching, test….
Or maybe for a kind of another Well-Tempered Clavier……? Anyway there is nothing written with answers, and the work is slightly marred by the label ’remainder’   As said  ”A hidden masterpiece whose origins are shrouded in mystery”.
(Reading some info from from Netherlands Bach Society).

Sorry for a not so good performance….here it shines thru that i’m an amateur, but wanted to give it a try…

Great job Stig!
On a really interesting piece of Bach that is rarely performed.
Thanks for sharing!

Thank you carmelo for listening and giving comments. I appreciate it.
