Topic: New video Handel Adagio Suite n 2 in F Major, HWV 427

Dear Friends,

Today I present to you the third movement of the Suite HWV 427, a suite rather short compared to Handelian standards composed of only 4 pieces in the form: adagio, allegro, adagio, fuga.
This movement, an Adagio, in the relative key of D minor, again resembles a miniature Italian operatic aria.
Greetings from Italy
Carmelo

My actual setting is:

Played on Yamaha P125 piano stage                                          Video Recording Samsung Galaxy A54.
VST: Hamburg Steinway D Pianoteq Stage 8.4.0

It is short, yes, but a beautiful performance. Light and unhurried. It’s a delight to listen to. And good thrills.
Thank you so much carmelo for sharing your music.  You’re so inspiring. I respect and admire you for your way of playing. Please never stop being you.
Now you made me go back to my note books of Bach’s and Händel’s music  (thank you carmelo).
I always wait for your next upload.

Best wishes,

Stig

Thank you very much Stig for your comment and support!
You are right it is a short piece but finely chiseled by Handel.
I tried to make it the best I could based on how I felt it. I am really happy you liked it!
