Topic: But Not For Heath (Pianoteq)

this one was a rather weird experiment.  a "joint composition" between yours truly and one of the all time greats.  i took a famous Gershwin melody and liberally changed the harmony.  there are some tweaks to the melody here and there too, but nothing too major it was a lot of fun and i hope it's not too heretical.

Dear Budo,
I don't know if this is too much of a Heretic work... but I like it, it gives me peace, your fingers slide like on velvet... Changing the harmony on a Gershwin melody takes courage and yours is a really good result.
Thanks for sharing it.

Top class piano work budo! I love the flow (I like to use that word because I learned it from Jordan Rudess - don’t stop, let it flow, he said) . I went trough all his 10 music lessons, Pyramind online presents…..still can find some on YT.

It's as if you've gone through all of Rudess's courses and a little more. Your changes from chord to chord, so smoothly. Bravo!

budo - It's a true joy to listen to this, as I myself am still practicing/struggling with this.

Thank you budo, for me you are the Master jazz pianist. Always waiting for next piece.

And very nice ending, with a jump!  and kind of a trill and ending chords   wow.   Like it.

Best wishes,

Stig
