Topic: New video Handel Giugue Suite n 1 in A Major, HWV 426

Dear Friends,

I want to dedicate this "pyrotechnic" Gigue in the Italian style by Handel to my forum friend Stig!
I owe a lot to Stig: for me he is the soul of the forum! His witty and intelligent comments are present in almost every post and it is a real pleasure to read them, and to feel his constant encouragement.
I don't think I would have ever started my adventure on Bach's WTC 1 without his continuous support piece after piece.
So thank you so much Stig That's for you !

My actual setting is:

Played on Yamaha P125 piano stage                                          Video Recording Samsung Galaxy A54.
VST: Hamburg Steinway D Pianoteq Stage 8.4.0

Thank you carmelo for the kind words and the dedication. I am completely surprised but very happy to know that my little comments have helped you start the "adventure".
”…The soul of the forum….” - What a great compliment - From the bottom of my heart, thank you!
Now I remember these words that someone said:

”What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.”

The piece Giugue is fantastic! I like it much. I have always liked your playing and this amazing interpretation with intensity and expressiveness, can see it, feel it, all the details…  wow.
Thank you carmelo!

Best wishes,

Stig
