There is no Organetto preset, but there are many, 18, historical organs that have flute-like sounds that you might possibly modify. I listened to organetto portables on Youtube and they all have different sounds but sound like flutes. I tested some historical organs to find flute sound near organetto sound, and possibly you might modify the sound closer to an organetto. An ”Organteq organetto” sound. Organteq have free trial versions so I suggest you make som tests.
