Key Release Noise is not turning off...

I have muted the damper and key release noises, but I continue to hear the action upon release of the keys and it's rather frustrating that I cannot turn it off. What might I be doing wrong? Thank you for any help!

EDIT: I updated the software and it's all sorted! Strange...
