My first test Ptq 8, Steinway B Dreamy

I love the fresh streamlined user interface, enhancing readability and usability, the instruments and scenes are so nicely displayed. I like the revoiced instruments - well, loving all the updates.

Now I can continue to make even better recordings with these marvelous virtual modelled pianos.

Thank you Modartt, Philippe, Julien, Niclas, Joly, Juliette, Roman and Robin - Fantastic work!

Best,
Stig

Nice and dreamy I have to agree, modartt really managed to improve the sound quality of the pianos.
In PT7 I didn't particularly care for the Steinway D model, but now I'm starting to warm up to it...

Thank you shiihs for listening and kind comment. I appreciate it. You mention Steinway D model, but in my piece I use Steinway B, a smaller model, string length 2,11. Steinway D model have string length 2,70. But I like Steinway B sound more.

For me the steinway B was always the one sounding the most natural but I cant be friends with the dreamy preset at least not when I am personally playing. Its kinda irritating to me. But listening to it after recording is nice

Thank you Pianoten for listening and for your interesting comment. I appreciate it. I too think, for me, Steinway B and Mistral are number one.

Best,

Stig
