Topic: Issue upgrading from 7 to 8

In case Modartt is reading, looks like there's a little bug in the upgrading process, not sure, I'm trying to upgrade from 7 to 8 and in the shopping cart it's showing me "upgrade to 7" which is strange because that's what I have already..

Please revise and let me know if it's perhaps something I'm doing wrong.

Regards,
David

Re: Issue upgrading from 7 to 8

Thank you for pointing, there was a typo, corrected now.

Re: Issue upgrading from 7 to 8

I imagine this will be corrected any moment now!

I got this after buying it and going to the downloads section:
"You have no authorization to download this file (pianoteq_setup_v800.exe)"

I had the same - fixed it by logging out from the website user area and logging back in.

Got the same problem. I tried using another browser, Chrome instead of Firefox, and then it worked.

Weird. It says I'm on version 8 in the user area. I will try that, cheers. -

Edit/update: Indeed, logging out and back in within Firefox did the trick.

Swapping between EDGE and Firefox did nothing as I was logged in on both. You do indeed need to sign out and back in.

The image still has the typo, by showing 1|2|3|4|5|6 -> 7 rather than  1|2|3|4|5|6|7 -> 8

Where do I find a list of all posts I upvoted? :(
