Topic: Transposing a 24-EDO Tuning
I've created a quartertone scale and need to fix C4 to 261.63 hz. Easiest way to do this? I can always transpose the pieces (I'm working up a new recording on piano of my Acid Bach suite.)

Load the below KBM (keyboard mapping) file into the Advanced Tuning dialog.
This will map the 1/1 on C.60 at 261.6256 Hz for 24 equal on the MIDI controller.
60-262-60 Concert C.kbm
|
Frequency for middle key 60 is 261.6256 Hz. (with current scale)
|
Range : 0.C .. 127.G
Middle : 60.C
Reference : 261.625565 Hertz at note 60.C
Octave degree : 0 (highest degree of scale)
Mapping : linear
Thanks, JL!
Exactly what I needed.

My pleasure.
If you'll permit the question, which PTQ model(s) do you prefer for these compositions?
You're probably already aware that you can click the button labeled String Tension in the Advanced Tuning dialog and change it to Full Rebuild with your SCL tuning loaded and the Pianoteq model and timbre will be optimized to the intonation.
It makes a huge audible difference really with any intonation system having less or greater than 12 notes to the repetition interval.
I've been leaning towards the C. Bechstein DG Snappy but I've also got the NY Steinway D Prelude and Steinway B Wide in rotation while I finalize the interpretation.
Yes, I discovered Full Rebuild by accident and voila... incredible difference. Thanks again for your Keyboard Map code!
