Topic: Invitation (Pianoteq)

another tune from the real book, this time totally opposite in fame from the (rather obscure) previous two recordings.  this standard has been recorded by many many people, probably almost everybody.  it's a standard everyone has to learn because it gets called all the time.

Hi budo! An Invitation   I am happy to accept your invitation. To listen to your playing. It’s always a joy.

budo, this is so good!  This tune and your tempo suits your playingstyle. I just love it. And those 7 seconds and tones at the end, did you think of Gershwin or did it just ”came out of” ?  Anyway - nice ending as always.

Thanks for the Invitation budo - again, enjoyed your playing

Best wishes,

Stig
