Topic: registration problem

Hi, I have purchased a Bluthner pack to add into my Pianoteq 7 Stage instrument bank. However, the serial number sent to me had only 16 characters, instead of the 20 characters as required in the registration page in the user area. Did I miss something, or a wrong number had been sent to me?

Log in and check your User Area. It's been a while since I bought an instrument pack, but I don't think you need to register it. If Bluthner appears in your instrument list then all is well, you just need to update Pianoteq. If it hasn't appeared yet it may take a little while to update, but if you have any concerns it's best to contact Modartt support.

Thanks Dazric! I've tried updating Pianoteq, but to no avail. Maybe I should reach out for Modartt support. Thanks for the tip!!

definitely contact support - they are excellent and take good care of customers.
