Topic: Demo won't go away

Hi, all. 

I am brand new here, and apologize in advance for what may be a common problem and question.  If so, please direct me to the answer, as I don't know how to find it, and I have not figured out how to get help without posting here.

I ran the demo of Steinway Model D, liked it, bought it, registered it, everything by the book as far as I know.  Still, the registered instrument does not appear as available.  Only the demo version, and it won't work any more, presenting instead the message that the demo is expired.

What do I do?

in the 'options' in pianoteq, click on the 'about' tab, and click 'update licence'

that should fix it

Thank you!  I am not in the studio at the moment to verify, but I believe I have done what you suggest more than once... will try again!

I had the exact same problem (I'm new, too), and going into "options" and clicking "update license" did fix it for me.  I was very frustrated and thought i had done everything, but I guess I hadn't really done that last step.

Thanks everyone.  The update button did fix it, though I could swear I had tried that already... anyway, problem solved and thanks for all the assistance.
