Custom presets / location folder

Dear all, recently I was forced to change my computer, now I need to find custom presets (morphing and layering custom presets) folder on my old HD. Can you please tell me where these files are saved? I'm working with the OS X HDD / saved from dead iMac. Thanks in advance! Cheers, DS
