Topic: Return to previous version
Yesterday I installed Pianoteq version 7.4 but it seems somewhat too heavy for my late 2011 i7 Macbook.
So I want to go back to the previous version 7.3. Does anyone knows if that's possible? And how to proceed?

To my surprise, it works. But only because I could restore the 7.3 installer from my historical download map via TimeMachine (what a great option is that, btw). The link you mentioned only gives access to the 7.0 version so I almost lost my presets made with 7.3.
But thanks anyway!

Pianoteq 7.3 and 7.4 should have the same CPU consume.
Maybe the setting in 7.4 was different for polyphony. Take a look (Options>>>Performance). Also check if it was adjusted to ouptimst or pessimist.
