Buying Pianoteq as a gift

Sorry, this is probably a stupid question but I want to be sure before I make a purchase.

I want to give Pianoteq as a birthday present. Obviously I will use my own email address and contact details to make the purchase. Is there any problem transferring the serial number and download to the recipient so it will no longer be attached to my details. Can I give a gift of a Pianoteq instrument in the same way?
