Topic: Unable to update Pianoteq 7

Hello! The download happens flawlessly.  When the files begin to install, extracting first, the process stops with this error message:

"An error has occured while trying to replace the existing file.
Code 5. Access is denied."

The option of skipping the file is offered, however "not recommended."

I'm thinking I will need to uninstall Pianoteq 7 and reinstall.

I would appreciate ANY thoughts on this matter - I've been stuck for almost 2 weeks.

No experience of that personally.
Contact Modartt support, tell them what operating system and version you are using:
