Topic: User Interface

I pressed an icon at the top of the main window of Ptq7 and lost the ability to see 2 windows at the same time (which can overlap). I have not found a way to undo this to restore the default window configuration. The icon I pressed looked somewhat like a “T” as I recall. Any suggestions?

Re: User Interface

Not sure what you mean. Do you mean Window> "use compact interface"?
Press once for compact interface. Press again for full interface.

In Standard and Pro you can also separate the microphones screen GUI completely too. Click the microphone symbol for that - drag to detach. press X to get rid of it again.

It’s not the compact interface option, which I’ve tried and it works fine.

Re: User Interface

Did you try the suggestion in the second paragraph?

Do you mean that it went "full screen" (hiding all other applications and the desktop when it's active)?

Which operating system?

If it went full screen and you're using Windows, try pressing F11 on your computer keyboard.

That 'T' shaped symbol is on the two windows with the preset list and microphone settings when these are detached from the main window. If you click that symbol, those windows will collapse back onto the main window. You can detach them again by moving the cursor over the area just above those windows (presets or microphone settings). A tool tip will be displayed saying 'Drag to detach window'.

Thank you for your response. The issue has been resolved with thiesdewaard‘s reply (the operating system is IOS Catalina, btw).
