Although it may not be the best song of the night, her playing on "Let it Rain" really brings out the sound of that Chickering. And she opens up some on "We just couldn't say goodbye." Great swing start.
Because of the overwhelming response to this thread, I thought I should add that the Chickering, as it turns out, belongs to Ms. Krall. It is her touring piano. It's loaded on her tour bus to travel to each gig. The restorer who restored the piano weighed in on the Piano World forum:

One of my first thoughts was, it looks a good baby grand for a touring piano too, so today, it's excellent to read the thread about that! The piano technician did a fine job - light action - the hammers he chose etc. Really works for her style and mode of performing those great tunes. Cheers!
