Topic: Changing the per-note spectrum profile with MIDI (or automation?)

Hi all,

Is there some way to use MIDI to change, for each note, the spectrum profile for that note?

I wanted to write a MIDI FX plugin to change many of these dynamically, adjusting them as each chord is played and etc. There's like 40-130 different harmonics per note, and 127 MIDI notes.

It would be great if there were some NRPN that could do this - even if you could make it possible just to change the first 127 harmonics for each of the 127 notes that would be great!

I don't think so, if you look, for any assignable slider, MIDI assigment is available by right clicking on it, which does not work on spectrum profile.

Right. Well is there any undocumented way to do this? Or is there some way to make it happen using e.g. Logic Pro X automation?

I would love to have this capability. I think it would require the ability to assign MIDI CC's to each freq band. Not there, yet.
