Topic: Feedback on PTQ7 Trial

As a PTQ enthusiast, I rushed home to try the trial version, thinking I'll be purchasing the upgrade to PTQ 7 Pro a minute after..
The trial version was very buggy (both 7.0.1 and 7.0.3) to the level it couldn't detect my headphones properly, the sample rate was 16k and changing it caused differences in a significant change to playback speed and sound.

Naturally, I thought the Pro would be buggy as well, so I've waited until this morning.
I saw that the version is still 7.0.3, and knowing Modartt would not let such a buggy release stay like that for such a long time, I started thinking it might be an issue with the trial version itself.. so I purchased the upgrade and.. voilà! No issues at all!

So.. please keep in mind that the trial version was buggy (at least for me) and didn't at all reflect the amazing experience I've had with the full PTQ7 Pro.

That being said..
Great job with PTQ7 Pro guys!!
Improvements are very noticeable and everything sounds excellent!!

Could you provide more detail as to the OS and Hardware that happened on?

Hope I'm not being a thread-hijacker here, ( I am, and in denial) but the standard version of 7.0.3 loses its parameter fixing capability after i switch the computer off.  Might be because browsing and history is also deleted at that time . . . .but otherwise, settings are maintained.

I'm playing all the right notes but not necessarily in the right order

Version 7 significantly changed how Parameter Freeze works (and how long it lasts), and my understanding is they're working on changes to either bring back parameter freeze like it used to be or some part of it (since some users utilized the feature for preset making and others used it for keeping parameters consistent between presets for maintaining their workflow).

MacBook Pro 2019 (2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7, 16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4).
I don't remember the old 10.15.7 if I remember correctly, because I've upgraded to Big Sur since.

BTW.. speaking of Big Sur, since I upgraded to it, I started having artifacts in the playback of PTQ.
I saw there's a new 7.0.4 version today so I installed it and even though nothing seems related in the release notes, I so far didn't hear any artifact.
