Re: Improvisation

Your recording sounds like an authentic piano recording  —off some famous jazz album.  That involved an highly skilled engineer familiar with the sound of his label...

Yet, you’ve provided no details: what preset was used, whether or not it’s a custom preset, Etc.

Man, fabulous!

Pianoteq 8 Studio Bundle, Pearl malletSTATION EM1, Roland (DRUM SOUND MODULE TD-30, HandSonic 10, AX-1), Akai EWI USB, Yamaha DIGITAL PIANO P-95, M-Audio STUDIOPHILE BX5, Focusrite Saffire PRO 24 DSP.

Re: Improvisation

Your piece sounds like the YC5 Player preset to me.

Thank you ! It is an old recording that i found a few hours ago. It was the blues preset with version 4.5 of Pianoteq. Hammers noise was at 1.20, that's all

Re: Improvisation

Thank you very much for your prompt response.  I just got my D4v4 Blues preset loaded to where I readily can play with it and look it over some.  It's really different from a Blues one in version 6.

Now I want to see if I can just freeze a lot of parameters and only upgrade the model with the important stuff left alone.
