Topic: Volume gets lower & lower on demo version

Hi, is that supposed to happen on the demo?
After 20min demo shuts off as per demo info. After turning off track then turning back on it comes back but volume decreases every time. If I fully restart my DAW it plays back at normal volume then decreases again over time. Is that a limitation of the demo? It doesn't mention that anywhere so I want to make sure it's not something else before purchasing.

Could you please post more technical details on which DAW, OS, CPU, etc.?

Digital Performer 10.1
2.9 GHz Intel Core i5
iMac (27-inch, Late 2012)
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

The output level is still showing normal volume readout, the level changing with soft, hard hits but there's decreasing volume in the DAW.
After 2 re-instantiations (is that a word?) volume almost zero. I shutdown DP & then open the program & it's back to normal.

Have you tried with Garage Band?  You’ve described a situation that’s truly atypical.

Pianoteq 8 Studio Bundle, Pearl malletSTATION EM1, Roland (DRUM SOUND MODULE TD-30, HandSonic 10, AX-1), Akai EWI USB, Yamaha DIGITAL PIANO P-95, M-Audio STUDIOPHILE BX5, Focusrite Saffire PRO 24 DSP.

Tried it in Logic, behaves same way. Must be a demo limitation. I also contacted pianotex support. Hope that's all it is, not my old but excellent 2012 iMac cos it's the best pianos I've heard, no loading time to etc!
