Jake, I read your earlier post. As well I listened to and downloaded the preset therein, your earlier one.
New features seem to permit increased variations and even personal interpretations on the models, equally. They do with any of the models!
While I was trying out the features on the Steinway B Under Lid preset, I got an idea to experiment also with Doug McKenzie's MIDI file of the song "When I Fall in Love." It happened just shortly right after you had posted the MIDI.
As I listened to our versions, yours and mine, I became acutely aware users have a lot of freedom now to make their own decisions about interesting ways a MIDI file might sound just from the new parameter additions.
Certainly like you indicate, jazz in particular can benefit since it has often been recorded in smoke filled venues (where you as a listener are close to a piano performer and therefore hear piano resonances upfront).
