Hello stevepappas452!
I’m not an expert at all, but these things came to my mind. Don’t know if it help.
Try resizing the window, try to change the grid format (beats, time) at the right in the tempo display area, shut down/restart computer….. do you have an old Mac? Which GB version? My is 10.3.4 Mac mini late 2014.

There might be some glitch happening. You can try to create a new user and see if you can see these options there. You can create new users from System preferences then users & groups. If not, then just install Garageband.
Btw, did you ever try to run Garageband on windows? I’ve my friend’s laptop and he’s obsessed with running Garageband on his windows laptop. Do you know how this can be done?

Thanks @HOnIquaD, I will do it.
Garageband app is also available for windows pc. You can install it by using some third party applications such as Vmware or Virtual box application. I found this article on internet where steps are well explained. You can check it out here. Cheers!

It might be your pc issue. Restart it.
Try Audacity
Try FL Studio. It is Quite Similar As Garageband But Much Better Quality.
Thanks, Actually i've hands set on garageband application. But now problem is fixed. However, now i'm thinking to upgrade my setup purchase a new monitor for music production.
But, I am confused, which one should i choose? Ultrawide or dual monitor? I've a budget of 500$. Thinking to purchase two monitors. But i am not sure it would be helpful or not.
