Topic: piano-e-competition
I just bumped into this website:
http://www.piano-e-competition.com
As a result of this international competition you will find many real-human classical piano performances played by young talented pianists on this website, captured in downloadable MIDI files. No MIDI editing and quantizing. Real pianoplaying, including real human expression as well as errors.
Search for "Competition History" --> "MIDI files".
These recordings offer great demonstration and testing material to be played with Pianoteq, or for comparison with other digital pianos/software.
I just tried a recording of a Brahms piano sonata with the C3 preset. Beautiful sound and music !
