Hi robertfields,
connected online, load up Pianoteq, Help menu, About and click "Update Licence" button.
Hope that's the fix.
You might have selected one of the DEMO instruments which you didn't purchase.
Going back to the instruments that you had been using, would solve this problem.
Hope this help you.
The demo version looks exactly the same as the full version AFAIK. The overall color and appearance of the UI changes in relation to the instrument chosen. Typically a brown (wood-like) appearance is used for the "historic" instruments. The Steinway D (as an example) is a modern piano and has a black-grey UI appearance, and I think all the modern pianos use this appearance. In version 6+ demo instruments have the word "DEMO" appearing in the top left when selected.
As Snowpine suggests you may have selected on of the demo instruments or the historic KiViR pianos. All the instruments are available as demos unless they've been unlocked so you can accidentally selected them.
By default Pianoteq will load up the last instruments you used when it restarts, so you'll keep seeing them until you change instrument.
