Topic: Setting individual note volumes

Hi,

I've a Kawai CA97 and I've a few notes that are louder than others (playing with it's own sounds, not pianoteq). Before I call in the repair person I've discovered that Pianoteq standard has individual note editing for volume. What I'm surprised by is that when I look at volume window even when I click reset it doesn't go completely flat. Clicking 'smooth' a number of times does smooth this out, but it never goes completely flat, and clicking reset sends it back to the slightly sawtooth version.

Thanks

Re: Setting individual note volumes

There are slight variations that may be part of each preset when created. If you change a note, using reset brings you back to that default. To put them all to zero, click the rescale button and move the mouse down.

EDIT: Easier way: there is a menu entry accessible with a right click to put everything to 0... Sorry, I had forgotten that one.

Re: Setting individual note volumes

Yes it does have that feature, for volume and tune. You even quoted that!
