Hauntingly beautiful. I hear Russian with Spanish influences, then with some German in the middle. I love the emphasis of the repeated notes and phrases, as well as the ebb and flow of the dynamics and speed, reminiscent of breathing itself.
Super job! I like this far better than your mid-20th century works.
David, I am glad you enjoyed it, thank you for these kind comments.
... BTW, I am very sorry but I am just a mid-20th century guy ...
Beautiful relaxing music, so soothing effect. Fantastic in every way - range, tone, dynamics. Different from your earlier music. From about 1,00 to 1,13 for a moment I thought I heard music from film Love story 1970, music by Francis Lai, french composer.
I can really hear how inspiring you find Pianoteq. You are really creative! Thank you!
BTW, it will be very interesting to listen to your improvisations with the new Organteq, which will be released during 2019.
This comparison with Francis Lai is not surprising.
Francis is an old friend, we both lived in Montmartre in the 60s, long before he became a so famous composer...
I love his music !
And I eagerly await the official release of Organteq !
I like it.
Thanks for sharing.
