Topic: Carillon
Hi,
I was looking for the Carillon, but couldn't find it. Was it removed from version 5?
(I'm from a place with a lot of carillons )
Cheers,
Jean-Alexis

It's still there: https://www.pianoteq.com/free_stuff
BTW, here is why it is mentioned "bells and carillons" on the free stuff page: the Pianoteq "Chuch Bells" instrument covers actually 4 octaves, the lowest ones being made off typical church bells as can be found in church towers, whereas the upper two octaves are being made of carillon bells, usually found in church walls (there are plenty of those in the south of France) and towers. A carillon in itself is a chromatic set of bells ranging usually two octaves and equipped with a keyboard for activating metal clappers striking the bells.
Thanks! I get it.
There's a lot of carillons covering more than 2 octaves.
