Topic: How about the old M3?
Hi guys, I'm pretty new to pianoteq, it sounds great, much better than the sampled pianos.
I did experiment these last 4 months since I got it (bought the Pro version), although all the instruments sound great and realistic, I've found the apparently underrated M3 Grand my fav compromise for my needs. I use the "M3 Ambience" preset, turn off the reverb, and add external 2 band parametric eq and reverb (Magma's purpleverb). It sounds great, much more like a soft and mellow piano sound proper for ambiental themes. Like the sound as it was coming from far away...
Anyone else love the M3?
