Topic: difficulty getting demo of pt5 to work

i'm not tech savvy.  finally figured out how to get my speaker working with pt5 and now my damper pedal won't work.  sostenuto works fine, but not damper.  damper works with keyboard, but not pt.  if i just go ahead and buy pt5 will i have access to support so i can at least get it working?  thanks, don

Re: difficulty getting demo of pt5 to work

Do you mean Sustain Pedal?
Try this:
Right click on a PT pedal ---> Controller XX ---> Assign Midi Event ---> then press your pedal (when keyboard is turned on)

Pianoteq 6 Pro (D4, K2, Blüthner, Model B, Grotrian, Ant.Petrof)
Studiologic SL88Grand, Steinberg UR22mkII

Thanks.  I was having so many problems due to the demo cutting off and me not realizing it.  I just went ahead and bought the stage version so I won't have to deal with that any more.  I'm kind of excited now.  Don

It sounds like you're following in my own footsteps!<g>

So you must be having fun . . .

PS -- I still think that the Pianoteq "Stage" version is the best upgrade you can do, for $150-$200.  I got the "Bluthner" add-on, and go back and forth between it, and the "D" in the base package.  They're both nice.
