Meanwhile you can access our website at http://pianoteq.com instead of http://www.pianoteq.com
If you are trying to activate pianoteq and you get an "error, could not connect to the Pianoteq website" , choose "manual activation", click on the 'Go !' button, and in the browser remove the "www." in the url. You will get the activation key.
