PT crash when I change reverb volume and I get this message.

"Pianoteq 4.5.1/20130412 fatal error
Internal error [eng/param_interpolators.cc:38)."

iMac OSX 10.6.8
2GHz Core 2 Duo
2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM

Please submit this bug to http://www.pianoteq.com/support_form?direct=1 and give us all the informations required to reproduce this bug (the host if your are loading pianoteq as a plugin, which preset was used, were you dragging the reverb mix slider with the mouse, or with the keyboard, or with a midi controller, can you reproduce it or was it a one-time crash, and whatever detail you can think of)
