Topic: MIDI settings page

In the MIDI settings page of Pianoteq 4 stage actually I have the "Minimalistic" current MIDI mapping, if I click on it I see an option to "Full-featured", what is it ? And for what I should use it ?

Sorry but I'm quite new to all this stuff and trying to understand how to use Pianoteq at its best.
