Topic: Scala root change

Hello all,
is there a quick and easy way to change the root of a scala file?
its extremely easy in logic, but cannot find a way to do so in pianoteq..
I looked around in the forum but could not find an answer
by the way I am still in version 3 (and plan to say here for now)
hoping for an answer
thank you
Coti

Re: Scala root change

Welcome to the forum Coti. There is no  way to change the root of a .scl file, you need to use keyboard mapping files .kbm.

Re: Scala root change

Thank you Philippe for your swift reply!
I will look into it..
but cannot stop thinking how simple it would be to implement a root change menu..
maybe an idea for a future update?
thank you for your beautiful piece of software!
best,
Coti
