Free Add-ons

Hi there - I;m a new user as of 10 minutes ago ! I've tried to install the KIViR instruments and I get this message when I download them 

" Safari can’t open the file “KIViR-4.ptq” because no available application can open it"  - I know this is probably dead simple but I'd appreciate any help. Many thanks.
