Topic: Lost passwords, password reset requests, etc.

I am having trouble with whatever server is used to reset my user password.
It accepts my serial number and email address, it responds that it has sent a new password to my registered e-mail address, but I don't get the actual e-mail.

I have checked and double checked that the address it says it has sent to is correct.
I have checked all of my alternate folders for any messages, e.g. "known spam" folder, "suspect messages" folder, etc. but there is no message, even after an overnight wait.

I have tried SEVERAL times with this.
If there is a max limit I haven't received any warning of it and in any case I would have expected my first or second attempt to get through EVENTUALLY.

Is this a known problem ?

I notice you contacted the Pianoteq support team which is the correct thing to do (this forum is not the best way to seek this kind of assistance), and that your issue is likely solved. Otherwise, you are welcome contacting them again.
