Topic: How do you activate the Clavinet on a Receptor?

The solution in the FAQ does not work for me. I have pianoteq 3.6 on my Receptor, and of course the update license button does not work. I can't find anywhere to type the serial number.
I do have the electric pianos authorized, but I must have done that using an earlier version.
Is there a workaround?
