RE: Equalization attempts/ Volume Balancing etc

On the C3 PianoTeq Model...

I have had a thought that maybe I am mistaken in thinking that C3 - G4 are in need of equalization and volume balancing. I had a thought yesterday that it might be nothing to do with PianoTeq and all to do with non-uniform keyboard velocity. However, I do seem to be achieving consistency according to the velocity graphic display within PianoTeq. And a few members of the forum have mentioned mudiness etc.

Would anyone on the forum check with their own rig; 1. whether there is a significant difference in character between C3 and the notes running up to it, 2. Whether C3 - G4 fit better within the context of the full range of the keyboard using the Equalization and Volume Balancing .fxp, and 3. Whether the EQ and Volume settings on the aforementioned .fxp work with other PianoTeq piano models.
