Topic: Metronome time signatures and accented 1's

Haven't found anything like this so consider this feature request...

but please don't tell me, it is so that you need the standard or pro version for this function?

You could download Cantabile Lite (free program).  It can load Pianoteq as a VST and also has a metronome that you can make the first beat have a different sound from the other beats.  The web site is: http://www.cantabilesoftware.com/download/.

hmm, perhaps I should've mentioned I sit on a linux rig ;P but thanks anyway. The problem really isn't that big, there are probably some metronome application around but I'd like to have it all in one program for ease of setup when just practicing.. and I do realize how lazy this sounds

I did not think too much about the different operating systems people might be using when I posted.  Wish I could help more, but I don't know much about Linux or the tools for that operating system, other than I have seen a few programs I would like to try sometime that only run under Linux.
