PapriTech Neo setup with Airteq

Do any of you have experience with this breath controller? I have used the dongle and hardwired it into my MacStudio OS 27, where I can see MIDI messages entering the DAW. However, AirTeq MIDI page does not register any messages even when using the AirMotion app. I selected the breath controller on the AirTeq MIDI page, but after that and still seeing no incoming data, I am unsure how to proceed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
