Hi,

I’ve tried to upload an avatar but it fails.
Anyone have the same issue?

Have you checked your avatars resolution against Modartt user forum requirements?
- The allowed image file types are GIF, JPEG and PNG.
- The maximum image size allowed is 1000x1000 pixels and 250,000 bytes (245 KB).

Yes, it’s a 165 Kb JPEG file so it should work.
Modartt support said they fixed the issue of uploading but it still doesn’t work.
Perhaps they are still busy celebrating their anniversary.

Problem solved, avatar was just a bit too large.
